Greetings Music Fans,
About this time of the year, the tour dates start to get booked for the summer and beyond, and I can see the year ahead. The band and I will be in Laughlin, Nevada for two huge festivals in April. The Laughlin Blues and Brews is on April 10, 11 & 12th. And later in April, we return for the biggest bike event on the West Coast, The Laughlin River Run, on April 24, 25 & 26th.

Festivals we are performing at in 2009 include:
- Visalia's Blues, Brews & BBQ at the downtown Garden Plaza on April 3rd
- Opening night of the Downtown Marketplace in Hanford on May 7th
- The Dixon May Fair on May 8th
- The Three Rivers Bluesfest on May 16th

And I am very excited about a couple of big shows in July:
- July 4th in Twain Harte for
"Concerts in the Pines"
- The Lemoore Summer Concert Series on July 31st

I am always working on the site with new postings and updates. New on the video page are clips from a recent appearance on the Fresno FOX TV morning show, "Great Day." I am always adding new photos from our travels, shows and fun photos of animals that people send in. And I think the links page maybe one of the best gateways to the internet with a large collection of links to sites you might enjoy visiting.

If you have been to a recent show, you got to hear the musicians traveling with me that live near Visalia. The current line up is outstanding: Larry Donawa on drums, Brian Beal on bass and one of the best saxophone players in California, Scott Bolsta. All of these musicians bring a special quality to the show that I'm sure you will enjoy. During the tour dates I will have guest musicians joining us on stage for some musical fireworks!

Most of all I want to thank the music fans who are at the shows Rockin' The Blues with us, coming up to visit between sets and spending a few minutes after the show to give us support and wish us well. The cool emails from around the world and the big increase in downloads and CD sales is lifting us up to work harder and travel more. Get ready for an amazing 2009! Looking forward to seeing you at the shows and have a bluesin' good time with us!
